The towns people call her the catwolmen not for her stealth moves but for her love of cats she takes in strays,gets them fixed and finds them homes I`ve done a lot of historic caches but none as intersting as this just talking to joan about this area was a true treat that was a whole lot of fun I met joan last year as she asked for my help to plant some caches for the great river road cache event and has stopped to chat with her anytime I get to her neck of the woods so when you find this cache be SURE TO SAY HIGH TO JOAN as this cache is on her top of her steps and what a view of the sunset she has
