Geocache Description:

This cache has been place to honor the 1,000th geocache find of Teamcap. Teamcap consists of six members: Saul, Tay, Jenny, Sarah, Nathan and their dog Watson. You may find various combinations of members of this team out caching on any given day.

Teamcap originally went under the name Saulcap. Their first find, on November 22, 2007, was SH~Gettysburg & Free Pike. They officially changed their name to Teamcap on April 21, 2008. They caught the caching fever early on.

After less than a year as Teamcap, they found their 1,000th cache on February 20, 2009, a multi cache called Huffman Prairie Flying Field.

To date, they have hidden 23 caches in the Dayton area and have cached in 15 states.

During the autumn of 2008, Tay fell while caching in Kentucky and broke her hip. While she was recovering, she developed a proficiency for solving puzzle caches. To date, Teamcap has found over 210 puzzle caches. Because of this interest in puzzle caches, I have decided to make this cache a puzzle cache. Therefore, you will not find the geocache at that the above coordinates. You must solve the following puzzle to find the cache:

Day of first official Teamcap find = ab

Last two digits of year of Teamcap’s 1,000th find = cd

Day of first Teamcap FTF = e

Month of first official Teamcap find = f

Number of states Teamcap has cached in (minus 2) = bg

Day first Teamcap geocache placed = h

Year of first Saulcap find = I

Geocache can be found at:

Please join with me in celebrating Teamcap’s 1,000 cache find by solving the puzzle and finding the cache! As usual, I am happy to assist you with the puzzle if you get stuck!
