Geocache Description:

A town centre cache in a quiet corner.

Pig Lane used to be the site of pigstys and is reputed to be where Beatrix Potter got her inspiration for her character Pigling Bland. It also used to be the address for our Police Station.

This cache is part of a series which encourage you to explore this wonderful Edwardian resort.

This cache has been moved on 07/11/10 because the original area has become overgrown and started to become a dump for unsavoury objects. Hopefully the new site will be easier even if a little more prone to observation.
This cache is in an open spot. Please beware of muggles
