My first event cache and to be a little different you're all
invited around to my place for a BBQ. The intention is to use the
patio and lawn but in the unlikely event of rain there should be
room to squeeze everybody indoors.
There is an old fashioned paper and pen treasure hunt for those
that are interested (it's not compulsory!). Co-incidentally it will
take you past/near many of Dorking's caches and enable you to get
most of the answers you'll need to crack
Dorking Heritage Trail 1 (AA-08) and
Dorking Heritage Trail 2 (AA-10) (should you be so inclined).
If you want to attempt this, please arrive early.
We'll be firing up the BBQ at around 3:00pm.
We will provide bread and salad plus crockery,
cutlery and items to drink out of.
You will provide stuff to cook on the BBQ plus
whatever you want to drink.
So... come and laze about and chat, do the treasure hunt, do a
little caching or a combination of some or all - it's your choice.
By the way, the nearest cache is 4 feet from the end of my garden!
