The cache is located in Kenex Park, which contains a display of Noble Blade Cultivators.
This cache is for the CARL-1 event and should not be sought out until after 6:00 PM on June 19th. Any logs before that date will be deleted.
The first Noble Blade was created in 1939. In 2005 the American Society of Agricultural & Biological Engineers presented a special plaque recognizing the Noble Blade Cultivator.
This entire park is a magnet's dream heaven. The coordinates should help narrow the field.
