Angling Fork Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

QuartzCachers: It's been good and I hate to archive, but I cannot maintain so many, from so far away. Hopefully, someone else will move in and take these spots.
Happy Caching!

Geocache Description:

A bison tube hidden in a regular way.

This is Angling Fork. It is a small creek most of the time, but after a big rain it can get crazy. I had a cache here already, but before I could turn it in for publication, the creek overflowed its banks and took my cache with it. Not only did it take the cache, it took the TREE it was in too! Further upstream it can be whitwater rafted after a big rain, and has class four rapids, but only for a bit, as it drains down pretty quickly. I have a friend who is an avid kayaker, and they head this way after a big rain sometimes.
As always, be vigilant of snakes, ticks, chiggers, spiders, and poison ivy. All are present in this area, and I don't want your day to be spoiled. You do not have to wander out into the woods to find this cache, no matter what your GPSr tells you!
Enjoy the scenery, and happy caching!
