Snailhouse Rock is a nano on the lovely Kelsey headland. Tall grass may be encountered on the approach to this cache, so boots/long trousers recommended. You do not need to go near any nettles. If you do encounter them, you are too low!
“It was long thought that Elvis barely touched down in Great Britain, but new documents have come to light that have busted this great myth. During his childhood, Elvis’ family spent several Summer Vacations visiting West Pentire. During these formative years the young Master Presley enjoyed his visits to Polly Joke, which would have a profound effect on his later life and inspired one of his greatest hits. Apologies for the dreadful pun! Please bring your own pen or pencil to sign the cache. Although one of Elvis's hits was 'I Got Stung', there is no need for you to go near the nettles! Please replace this cache carefully. Thank you to the National Trust for granting permission to place this cache.
