Dairy farming has been part of agriculture for thousands of years. The milking of cows was a labor-intensive operation and small farms need several people to milk and care for only a few dozen cows. For many farms these folks have
traditionally been the children of the farming family, giving rise to the term "family farm".
However, as informative as that bit of info was, there are no cows at this Evans Dairy, just a road.
