The coordinates take you directly to the cache - which is a drive-up. However, to open the cache container and sign the log, you must figure out what the hint means. I strongly recommend bringing tweezers along. Both stages are wheelchair accessible. But be careful, some of my caches are downright scary! I've been told I must be nuts!
This cache was placed with the property owners approval. You may have to use your head to figure this one out.
