Georg Simon Ohm (16 March 1789 – 6 July 1854) was a German
physicist. As a high school teacher, Ohm began his research with
the recently invented electrochemical cell, invented by Italian
Count Alessandro Volta. Using equipment of his own creation, Ohm
determined that there is a direct proportionality between the
potential differences (Voltages) applied across a conductor and the
resultant electrical current – now known as Ohm’s Law.
Using the results of his experiments, Ohm was able to define the
fundamental relationship among voltage, current and resistance,
which represents the true beginning of the electrical circuit
analysis.
The very basic rule of Electricity and of course Electronics was
developed by him. Resistance equals Volts divided by the Current.
R=E/I
The creation of the voltaic cell, carbon resistors, cathode ray
tube, semiconductor material, and now nano technology gives us this
magical world of modern technology

ONCE YOU HAVE DECIPHERED THE PUZZLE: you will need to add 4 to
the South co-ords and 8 to the East co-ords. The listed
co-ordinates are 1-2 kms from the cache and you will need your own
pen/pencil
The final waypoint will take you to a small, but not very well
known park with picnic shelters and playground equipment. It is a
popular spot for launching small sail boats and doing a spot of
fishing (heed the signs)
