The Green Light Cache is hidden at Catskill Point. Parking is nearby at the end of Main Street. This cache and its twin, the Red Light Cache, are hidden on objects that are called ATONs, or Aids to Navigation. Navigational Aids use color to assist boaters and ships on the Hudson River and other waterways. When going upstream, green markers should pass on the port side. Green markers have odd numbers. Buoys also have lights that flash at fixed time intervals. While you are at the park, look out into the river and try to find more buoys.
