GHAGAFAP VIII - The OctoFap Event Cache

                                                                            

Early Registration Friday Night

As usual, we will be providing the Friday night campers with the opportunity to grab their registration kits early. 

We will have a registration area set up in the group camping area for this purpose.

• Closing pre-registration simply means that we've stopped adding names to the official attendance list.  We had to stop at some point in order to have our attendance sheets printed.  Don't worry if your name isn't on the list...we won't turn you away!  We've also stopped counting kids, burgers, hotdogs and drinks.  We've added a percentage to the numbers we've collected so far so we hope to not run short.
   

Campers
 

• We have reserved the entire Group Camping area from Friday night and Saturday night.
   
• Firewood is available at the front gate.

• WHO - Anyone and Everyone. This is a family friendly event geared for all ages. Bring the kids, Grandma, Grandpa even the family dog.
   
• WHAT - A fun filled day of geocaching, games and events suitable for all ages. Now in our eighth year, GHAGAFAP is Canada's longest running annual event.   If you are new to the hobby, this is a great opportunity to meet other like minded geocachers and talk to them and get the inside scoop. There will be games for both kids and adults alike.  There will be camping available for Friday and Saturday night with activities for young and old.

• WHEN - September 19, 2009:  Registration starts at 9am
   
• WHY - Because we can't think of a better way to wind down a great season of caching then have a get together with Family and Friends.  Previous years have seen people from all over the world join in the fun of GHAGAFAP. So c'mon out and DO THE 'FAP!
