Geocache Description:

[CZ]

Vezmete si vlastní tuzku.

Motto: Zena z Lovosic poslala sve tri dcery na Kybicku na jahody. Kdyz se vecer nevracely, ztratila trpelivost a zvolala: „Kez by nahore zkamenely!“ Jak ta slova vyrkla, stalo se. Jeji tri dcery byly promeneny v kameny a dodnes stoji na Kybicce. (mistni povest, Tesar 1936)

Neprekvapuje proto pritomnost rostlin, ktere se obvykle vyhybaji vapnitym podkladum: vres obecny (Calluna vulgaris), boruvka (Vaccinium myrtillus), metlicka krivolaka (Avenella flexuosa), bika hajni (Luzula nemorosa), celik zlatobyl (Solidago virgaurea), rozrazil lekarsky (Veronica officinalis). Ve stromovem patru prevlada dub zimni (Quercus petraea), briza bradavicnata (Betula pendula), jerab obecny (Sorbus aucuparia) a lipa srdcita (Tilia cordata). Velmi vzacne zde roste na dubech poloparaziticky ochmet evropsky (Loranthus europaues). Ponekud pripomina jmeli, ale na zimu opadava. Na nezastinenych okrajich drolin jsou caste tolita lekarska (Cynanchum vincetoxicum), belozarka liliovita (Anthericum liliago), materidouska polejovita (Thymus pulegioides), kokorik vonny (Polygonatum odoratum), jetel alpinsky (Trifolium alpestre) atd. Ke skalkam na vrcholu Kybicky se vaze povest o trech zkamenelych pannach, kterou zaznamenal Tesar (1936).

Cache se nachazi v tesne blizkosti naucne stezky v prirodni rezervaci. Prosim respektujte pravidla ochrany prirody, pri hledani je zakazano opoustet znacenou cestu do vzdalenosti vice nez 3 m.

Motto: A woman from Lovosice sent her three daughters to Kybicka to pick up some strawberies. They didn't return for long time. The mother lost the patience and exclaimed: "Let them fossilize there". Her daughters were metamorphosed to a stone at the same time. They have been staying on Kybicka since that time. (local legend, Tesar 1936)

Kybicka (so called Kibicka or "Small Lovos") is smaller summit of Lovos hill. The soil of Kybicka consist of phonolite which contrasts to basalt ground of "Big Lovos". The natural enviroment is little different there. Rocks on the top of the hill are mentioned in a local legend.

Cache is located very close to a special hiking trail in protected area of a nature reserve. You must not leave the hiking trail for more than 3 meters.
