Some walking and a little hilly but well marked out. It's a beaten path used for regular hiking. I walked it with my little guy on my shoulders. People walk their dogs through here, and I saw a mountain biker as well.
My dad "MICKEY" has been coming to Burgoyne woods for 40 years and we always had a family pick-nick here with all of our kids and family's. It's such a nice park right in the middle of the Burbs. A great place to have lunch or spend the day with your family. The hiking in here is great and peaceful a real hidden treasure. Their is two ways of getting the cache, first you can park in the pool parking lot and walk past the tennis courts to the trails, or secondly you can go through the park on the road that goes straight and park by the Pavilion and walk to a trail on your right. The second option is the quickest. Ok, you are searching for a camouflaged vitamin bottle slightly larger than a film canister but no room for trading. Inside you will find a log book. Please bring you own pen, pencil. Enjoy the walk the tranquility and stop and smell the roses.
