Located on level ground, out in the open, visible to muggles at all times. Stealth required.

Cache located near the site of the old Southmont Elementary School.
In the mid 1900s, Johnstown, Pennsylvania had several schools located on the west side of town. One of which was the Southmont Elementary School. The building was closed in the mid 1950s, when the Southmont School District was incorporated into the Westmont Hilltop School District and the new elementary school was opened along Goucher Street. In the 1980s, a group of investors bought the old school and turned it into luxury condominiums and several businesses moved into the old school.
The cache is NOT located in the parking lot of the condominiums. This is private property, so do not enter the parking lot by car, as you may be subject to harassment, towing, or alien abductions. The area where the cache is located may be entered safely without trespassing from several abutting streets. Parking along the side streets is permitted.
You may be seen by the cache owner at certain times of the day. He lives very nearby. You may also spot his mobile travel bug nearby also. Feel free to log it.
