Recently, I came across an example of the following image. My Puzzle-head Weenie curiosity was piqued, so I did a "little" research. Actually I found it Quite Refreshing to decode the image.

When I published this puzzle in 2009, I rated it a Difficulty 4. Now, (2015), these images are common, so I changed it to a Difficulty=2.

In many countries this is a common image, but in 2009 it was Quite Rare in North America.

The cache itself is easy to find. It's a micro so BYOP and just write your name and the date.
