Cache is a small waterproof container less than 50 feet from off street parking. Just not quite handicapped accessible, therefore the 1.5 rating. Bring your own pencil/pen.
There could be only two problems in getting to this cache: 1) Hundreds of little muggles running around or 2) high water during the almost annual flood of the Bourbeuse River here in Union. If either of these two conditions exist, please come back and try it another day. Other than those two things, this should be an easy park and grab for you. We're so sure you will find it without any problems, we're not even going to give you a hint!
