Wanneer je omhoog kijkt zie je soms rare vogels. Sommige zijn
zeldzaam en andere zie je vaker. De rare vogels waarover deze cache
gaat zijn van metaal; militaire vliegtuigen en onbemande systemen.
Ze hebben echter allemaal namen van vogels. Daarnaast hebben deze
toestellen ook een codenaam. Vind je de juiste codenamen dan kan je
de coördinaten van de cache ontcijferen.
Elk militair vliegtuig en systeem heeft naast een algemene naam ook
een codenaam. Deze codenamen of "aerospace vehicle designations"
zijn uniek voor elk toestel of systeem. Aan de code kan je zien wat
voor een systeem het is; vliegtuig, helicopter, missile, onbemand,
experimenteel, ruimtevaartuig etc. Zo staat bijvoorbeeld de "F"
voor gevechtsvliegtuig, "B" voor bommenwerper, de "Q" voor onbemand
vliegtuig en de "X" voor experimenteel vliegtuig. De manier waarop
codes werden toegewezen aan elk systeem is echter veranderd over de
jaren. Vroeger hanteerde men een ander systeem en verschillende
organisaties hanteerden hun eigen codes. De codenamen die voor deze
cache benodigd zijn kan je echter redelijk eenvoudig vinden op
internet. Verder zal bij elke vraag een deel van de code al worden
weergegeven en een foto van het toestel. Het gaat bij deze cache om
de juiste cijfers in de code.
Een voorbeeld: Een bepaald vliegtuig staat algemeen bekend onder
"Starfighter". Zoek nu de juiste codenaam. Je zal vinden dat de
militaire codenaam van dit vliegtuig F-104 is. De "F" betekent dat
het om een gevechtsvliegtuig gaat of "Fighter". Het cijfer wat
erachter staat heb je dan nodig voor het vinden van de cache. Zoek
nu de juiste codenamen bij elk van de 8 vliegtuigen cq
systemen.

Dit is de eerste cache geplaatst door geocaching team "De
Smarties". Er is plaats voor kleine travel bugs en bevat een log,
pen, potloot, puntenslijper en kleine goodies. Vlak bij de cache
kan je een auto parkeren. De cache ligt op privé terrein.
Omwonenden weten ervan.
LET OP: Bij deze cache kunnen veel kleine "mugglers"
rondlopen. Laat eventueel je eigen kleine geocachers in de buurt
los, dit kan de mugglers eventueel afleiden... Het symbool moet je
zonder problemen kunnen zien. Het is niet nodig om planten,
struiken of bloemen te beschadigen!! Laat het symbool zitten,
de container zit direct achter het symbool. Het is mogelijk de
cache onopvallend te pakken. Neem daarna AUB afstand om de cache te
loggen zodat kleine mugglers de cache lokatie niet te weten
komen.De cache is al eens gestolen !!!!

answers. After that the cache is easy to reach but maybe difficult
to find. Find the symbol and you will find the cache. Good

When you look up, sometime you see strange birds. Some are rare
and some are seen often. The strange birds concerning this cache
are from metal; military aircraft and vehicles. They all carry the
name of birds. They also have a code name. Find the correct code
names and you will find the coördinates from this cache.
Every military aircraft or system has besides a general name also a
code name. These aerospace vehicle designators are unique for each
aircraft or system. Using the codes you will be able to identify

will be able to find this cache.

This is the the first cache placed by geocaching team "De
Smarties". There is enough room for small travel bugs and contains
a log, pen, pencil, pencil sharpener and small goodies. Near the
cache you can park a car. The cache is placed on private property,
neighbours know about it.
ATTENTION: Around this cache there could be a lot of small
"mugglers". You could leave your own little geocachers in the area
near the cache which may distract the mugglers... You should be
able to get the cache without drawing too much attention after
finding the symbol. The symbol can be seen without obstructions.
It is not necessary to damage any plants, flowers or bushes
!! Please leave the symbol where it is, the container is
directly behind it. Please, log it at a distance so the small
mugglers will remain unaware. The cache has been robbed before
!!!
