Geocache Description:

Easy access. Wheelchairs and strollers can get within 12 inches of the cache, but actually grabbing the cache will be difficult from them.

This building inside the fenced area is an old school house, hence the name of the cache. You will not need to access that area during your hunt and retrieval of the container. The property and surrounding area is now owned by the Carroll Manor Fire Company and is used by the community. At times you will need to use stealth to retrieve the cache, as there is a ballfield and carnival grounds very nearby that may have events taking place.
