Geocache Description:

The Bunker

The cache is located on a right-of-way track that runs between the Eastern side of the Hutt River Trail and Heretaunga Park. The farm land adjoining the right-of-way is owned by St Pats College (Silverstream) and occasionally they will run stock on the paddocks so beware of the livestock and their "recycling"! During Winter the land gets very boggy so wear suitable footwear if caching at this time.

About the cache
The cache is a small sized 400ml camo'd container with room for small swaps, trackables, etc. When placed it contained a plastic dinosaur, a key name tag, some super glue, a logsheet, pencil and sharpener.

About the location
You can access this cache from two directions, as per the listed waypoints - Either from the West via a stye on the River Trail, or from the East via a stye besides Heretaunga Park. This area is frequented by runners and dog walkers who can appear out of nowhere so please show some stealth when searching for the cache! Pretending to do some bird watching may also divert unwanted attention ;-)

Please make sure that the cache is replaced *exactly* as found as we don't want it to go MIA!
