That's not a Star Gate Traditional Cache

I decided to place a cache here because, well, no one else has. A muggle friend of mine and I were walking this river path during the summer of 09 when we saw two guys setting up some large slabs of concrete. Being curious (despite what happened to the cat) we asked them what they were doing. They were artists hired by the city to built this... statue, monument, thingy... because of the new sewage line and pumping station being put in. This station is capable of pumping 100 million gallons of... stuff a day. That's a whole lot of... stuff! The artists informed us that the materials they were using to create this thingy were leftovers from the building of the sewage tunnel, and the size of it is the actual size of the tunnel itself. I think I would be more impressed with this if it wasn't for what the tunnel was being used for... icky...
