Geocache Description:

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates!
The actual cache is within two miles from the coordinates given.

The modern Latin Square puzzle was invented by an American architect, Howard Garns, in 1979 and published by Dell Magazines under the name "Numbers in Place." It was popularized in 1986 by the Japanese puzzle company Nikoli, under the name Sudoku, meaning single number. It became an international hit in 2005.

We enjoy a good puzzle and we especially like this variation. The shaded diagonals must also contain the numbers 1-9. To find the cache you first must solve the puzzle.
