Geocache Description:

Seventh in a series of "Quacked-Up!" Rubber Ducky Holidays!

Well, the ducks and I were sitting around talking about July and deciding what holiday to celebrate... when one duck started complaining that humans just keep celebrating the same old holidays every year. I tried to explain about traditions and all that but soon he had all the ducks agreeing that we needed to celebrate something a bit more unique!  So, I broke out the calendar with the lesser known "holidays" and they found one they liked!

July 9th is Rock and Roll Day!   (hey, it's on my calendar...honest!)

Soon all the ducks had dressed for the part and were organizing a Rock Band! So, here's to Rock and Roll, may it live forever!

Cache is a larger lock-n-lock container filled with Rubber Duckies that are busy singing, dancing and playing instruments.

Feel free to grab a duck to take home to celebrate this special time with you and your family.
If you don't wish to adopt a duck, please make sure to make a note of the symbol written on the bottom
of the ducks, in the log or on the laminated picture of the ducks stuck to the lid of the cache.

You will need to know the symbol associated with each "Quacked-Up!" Holiday cache in order
to find the bonus cache in the series.

You do not need a trade item to take a duck but:

Please just one duck per person or caching family.

                Animated duckling  Rockman

Feel free to trade ... stay with the theme if you can, but any trade is just fine.

Travel bugs and coins always welcome! Bring the family, kids will especially like the holiday caches (and the ducks).

The trails to the cache are sometimes very muddy so I HIGHLY recommend that you wear your boots.  There are 3 ways in to the trail that I know about, one is much muddier than the other two. I will post trailheads coords after the FTF. No complaints about the mud, the ducks loved it and you have been warned. It's an easy walk from any of the trailheads, very flat with a few small bridges. Because of the mud I am rating the terrain a 2.5.

Congrats to hjathome for the FTF!
