The July meeting of the SCGA hosted by the CSRA
Geocachers
The meeting will be held at Baker Creek State Park in McCormick,
South Carolina. Please make sure to stop by the fee box at the
entrance of the park and pay the $2 fee
We have the big pavilion reserved from 10 til 5 which includes the
use of the grill and kitchen area, and volleyball courts.
The offical time of the meeting will run from 2-5 but you are
welcome to come hang out all day and come and go as you please.
FOOD
We will be doing a cookout just like we did last year. We have a
couple of cooks and we just need to make sure we secure the
following needed items
Hot dogs
Hamburgers
Buns
Mustard
ketchup,
mayonnaise
Lettuce and tomatoes
Chips
Side dishes such as: Slaw, Chili, Baked beans, etc.
Sodas and ice
Desserts
KIDS
We will have various kid activities, one will be a t-shirt
iron-on/screen printing activity. We ask that if you want your
child to participate they need to bring their own light gray or
white t-shirt.
We will eat from 2 to 3:30 and the meeting will take place from
3:30 to 5.
