Quick C&D at UD's athletic complex; since a permit is required in this lot, I tried to make this a easy cache you can quickly drive up to and find without having to leave your car unattended for more than having to sign the log.
The Delaware Fight Song was composed by alumnus George F. Kelly '15. It was first found in the Student Handbook from 1933. It is performed at home football games and at other athletic contests by the Delaware Marching Band and other instrumental ensembles...

I was thinking about my friend and her father the other day and decided to do this cache for them. My friend, whom I've known since high school, was in the marching band at our high school and then at UD; her father was an avid fan of UD football (long-time season ticket holder) and had a love of marching bands. While she recently married, unfortunately her father passed away a week after the wedding. So, this is something that I wanted to do in helping me to remember him and in keeping in mind the fun times that I had with my friend back in school together.
