Nearly a drive-by, located in central Rangiora, a town where sadly caches are thin on the ground.
Look out for muggles during business hours. There's also 24 hour camera surveillance, but I'm hoping that won't be a problem as the cache can be nonchalantly retrieved while sitting in one of the seats in the area.
Cache is a small berocca type container containing a log book and pencil, no sharpener - so best to bring a pen. Please cover cache when returning it.
