Geocache Description:

A micro now (formerly a camoed water bottle), but hidden in a great place I've ridden my bike through many times.

All right, the cache name is a ripoff of this one, which is a ripoff of the comment someone made long ago about the now-famous beach. Well there's a pretty decent marais (French for "marsh") here too!

The parking waypoint will put you south of the cache, at the start of the old railway embankment that cuts through the marsh. Approaching the cache from the north will give you a hike of about the same distance, but it won't have the same dramatic effect. Also, when approaching from the south, if you look to the right when entering the first clearing (which I call the "false marsh"), you will see an eagle's nest high up. According to winnipegk5, as of 2010 the nest is still in use. Be sure to bring binoculars to watch the activity.

Congratulations to Peter and Gloria on being FTF!
