Well I have good news and bad news. Which do you want to hear first?
THE BAD - I am moving to Austin to be closer to the grand kids!
THE GOOD - I need to get rid of lots of stuff!
I know that the name of the event is "SWAP" meet and greet, but you do NOT have to bring anything to swap (unless you want to) - I will have lots of stuff for everyone to take home.
I need to downsize for the move, but I just can't bear to throw the extra geocaching "stuff" away. A better way to get rid of it all - pawn it off on all my geofriends!
Come by for stuff than you can use to go geocaching and for filling your own hides. There will be lots of swag and containers for everyone and some door prizes to boot. So come early to get the best "stuff" and tell all your friends....
even the muggles!
Another reason for the event is for all the newer cachers to come meet the more seasoned veterans for ideas, clues, and neck wringing as the case maybe. Just kidding about the neck wringing!!!!!!
Everyone is welcome and remember that you do not need to bring anything - unless you want to!
I hope to see you there and don't worry, I will still be coming back to the Valley often. You can't get rid of me that easily!
