BC spotted this pirate ship while on his journey to some Smith Rock area caches today.
June 3, 2012: Moved the cache NE across the road to public land. The Pirate Ship can still be seen from the cache site, as well as that impressive rock wall under construction.
Does not look like they want any ransom, so come on by and enjoy the spectacle.
Google Earth has a timeline of the area, showing two interesting pictures taken during harvest time of the cornfield maze, August 15, 2005 and September 30, 2006. Be sure to check these pictures in the gallery. KR
