How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

Pleasant walk along river estaury. Suitable for children and dogs.

Best place for parking is at N50 12.777 W005 05.921. Walk past the car sales forecourt on your left and take the discreet left hand footpath after the telegraph pole but before the stone wall.

Absolutely mind blowing place for a cache (second we've placed here today). This can be difficult to reach at high spring tides and the mud can be slippery in places, so sensible footwear is required but generally dry.

We'd recommend walking one way through the woods and back along the estaury to the right.

Dogs and children will love the open space (as will the grown-up children among you). The cache is a 5 litre plastic container full of treasures but please follow the code as in the geocaching guidelines and only take one and replace with similar or greater value.

Please ensure the lid is replaced tightly and keep the cache out of sight.

Lovely spot for the nature watchers among you so take your camera and binoculars. We've appreciate photographs of any wildlife you see.

Enjoy!
