If you hate the long lines at the local DMV then you haven't been to this
building yet. Built in August of 2008 this new South Valley DMV is still a
secret. If you come any time of any day (except Mondays from 10am to 3pm) you
are likely to walk in, grab a number, and be called to a teller before you can
sit down. Inside the same building is also a Drivers License office where you
can take tests, renew, etc. Great place to know about.
This cache is similarly quick and easy. The difficulty you will have will be
to access it without being observed. With traffic coming in and out of the
building during work hours Monday - Thursday you will have to be really sneaky.
There is also a full time security officer that takes regular patrols of the
parking lot during those business hours. BE CAREFUL!!!
