Small container disguised , .
Cache was placed with the owners(Judy) ok,the restaurent and the fruit stand.
Well Judy sold the place and the metis flag is no longer welcome without a fee ,so the cache had to be moved .Hopefully the flag will fly again This is a personal Metis cache of honor
The main reason for this cache is to dedicate this to my DAD who passed
feb.2008 ,Who was an active member in the Metis local of Richer ,and brought
to the meetings that a Metis Flag should fly as you enter town and seen as you
drive by,his idea flies in the flag you see near the cache .
His name George Monkman.
Also to Dormay Gauthier who I met when I was 16 a well known Metis elder that did
a lot for the community ,and also in winnipeg .She also passed a few years back.
Both who lived by the rule of BE WHO YOU ARE ,BE YOURSELF .
And this area was in BAD need of a cache .
