Depending where you park there is a bit of an incline to get to this location.
This is a clipnlock container with pencil and paper and small swaps.
the GPS Signal is pretty random and I was unable to get an accurate signal after the 1st cachers couldnt find it so I have included a spoiler picture for the log.
