Geocache Description:


Het huidige kasteel werd in 1905 in neoclassicistische stijl gebouwd naar ontwerp van de Antwerpse architect Jos Evrard. Hiervoor werd het vroegere roccocco-kasteel gesloopt. Het kasteelpark met lommerrijke dreven huisvest ook een vogelreservaat, dat aansluit bij "De Averegten".
