To solve this puzzle, you need to determine the locations of these photos, and crack the code to get the final coordinates. All of these photos were taken by mapman132 in the eastern United States. Some of these photos are of well-known locations, others are not exactly traditional tourist photos and will require some Internet research to identify. The format of the final solution is pretty simple:
N AB CD.EFG' W HI JK.LMN'
The cache will require about a two mile round trip walk on the Bull Run Trail, starting from Route 28. It can also be accessed from Hemlock Overlook, and rumor has it, Balmoral Greens, but I've never done this. The cache will initially include road maps and some other items related to the theme. Due to tree cover, the final coordinates may only be good to within 50 feet or so, but the hide should be fairly obvious for an experienced geocacher. Good luck!
