This is our first hide. Fremont is a good size town and desperately needs more caches. Its up to us to hide em. We wanted to bring you to Flag Park to honor your veterans and see one of our towns secret treasures. This park is dedicated to Sandusky counties veterans and includes a beautiful stone memorial a brick remembrance path, and a bunch of flags. Hence the name.
The coordinates take you to a special block in the remembrance memorial. Stand on the block and read the names, awe in the glory of the eagle, and "see the world". Count the number of words on the big memorial (do not count the words in the military seals), subtract 12 and take that many steps in the direction the eagle is looking. There you will find your treasure.
At times this location will be busy for community events and normal daytime traffic which is pretty extreme considering the location. Stealth Required!!!
