This is a short series of 3 caches located in the grounds of Oldbury Court covering a circular walk of about 1 mile. Wheelchair users will need to retrace their path from cache #3.
Recommended parking is N 51° 29.556 W 002° 31.197. Other parking is available off Oldbury Court Road and Snuff Mills car park is at the end of River View.
This is a beautiful and diverse estate, combining woodland and riverside paths with historic parkland and excellent children’s play facilities. Only three miles from Bristol city centre, the estate features large green spaces and picnic areas, and is popular for its varied landscape and panoramic views. A footpath follows the River Frome to Frenchay as part of the Community Forest Path and as part of the Frome Valley walkway which starts near Eastville Park. Much of the path is paved, and is generally suitable for buggies and wheelchairs, but the final approach to the cache is accessible only by able-bodied cachers.
Because this area is so popular you will need to keep a watch out for muggles
