Geocache Description:

A seemingly simple drive / stop / stealthily look like you are doing something else in a terribly public place..

Yes, its on the bay. But not on the coast. Its a magnetic but not on the railings. Take a seat, and feel around on anything else metal.
I often see campers and tourists stopped in this odd place taking photo's.
To help with speed in recovery while you look normal, there is a spoiler photo.
The cache can be approached very safely from behind the barrier.
