To get there you have to drive from Deva to Soimus and then to Certej for about 20 km. In Certej you have to make a left (if you are coming from Soimus). From this intersection is a drivable dirt road for another 3.5 km before you reach the lake.
Beautiful, between the mountains lake, nice place to camp, go fishing, relax and even swim. I've been here couple of times so far and I recommend the place to anyone.
