Geocache Description:

Collect the clue for the final!

This is a day-time only cache!

Baa-Baa Black sheep, Have you any wool? We remember these lines from a child-hood poem, but unlike the sheep in the poem, the primary product fo these fellows is meat. Their fleese fibres are too short to produce good yarn. Most breeds of sheep lamb one per year, and after the first lambing, often have twins. Sometimes the mother will have triplets, but rarely four. Mama and baby remain together until fall, when the boy(ram)lambs, and most of the ewe(girl) lambs will be sent to the slaughterhouse. The ewe lambs remaining on the farm will have a baby the following spring.
