Small container with a log book.

Well we have been waiting for them to put this thing up for what seem like years. I have stopped by here several times to see the "Boss". He is never there. I have left the brochures, my cards and my contact info. We still could not get permission from them for a great hide so I have placed this as close to "IT" as I can and still be on a public Right of Way. Please hide it better than you found it
