This was the brain child of Lil' Buddy Expeditioner (aka Hunter). He decided what the theme of the cache was going to be and then we helped him with the process.
Mr. Expeditioner hid the cache. The difficulty rating is higher because there is HIGH muggle traffic and near an office building. It is camo'd fairly well. In fact, while we were placing the cache we had a few tween muggles racing to where we were at and had to retreat for a few minutes.
