The cache site is accessible from both parking areas along northbound and southbound I-15. If heading north, exit at the parking area and take the paved frontage road west to the cache. If heading south, exit at the parking area and take the frontage road west to the tunnel that will take you under the freeway and to the frontage road on the other side, then head east. It is accessible by passenger cars.
You are looking for a foot long cylindrical container hidden by the remnants of a dead Joshua tree. The cache is large enough for TBs and coins. Please put the cache back in its hiding spot with its camo.
