Are You Smarter than a 4th Grader?
The corrdinates given are not correct. To find the correct location you need to solve the following math problem:
While on a trip in oregon, you buy a candy bar for $1.19, a cola for $.99 and a bag of chips for $1.39 and give the clerk 4 dollars.
SUBTRACT the change you would get from the decimal portion of the N coordinate (hint - align the decimals.)
ADD the number of coins that you get in change (assuming the smallest number) to the last digit of the decimal portion of the W Coordinate.
This is the fifth of the Smarter series and is a prequel due to a request from a cacher to have some lower grade levels.
You will be looking for a plastic container with log, pencil, and some trade items.
