He also knows that any city that features fencing on their official city seal, and also boasts of their medical community (which is a REAL plus when you're fencing...) must be a great place!  

This one is located at one of the really cool "Welcome to Fort Wayne" sculptures around town.

It should be a (relatively) easy find!
