Sniper 10 gauge (Wellington) Mystery Cache

This cache is a skill test on your general knowledge, the published co-ordinates are false so there is no point in going there unless you want to go for a ride.

This sniper was sent into this area to do some recon and report back to HQ as to how the location was after reports of an invasion and infiltrate the civilians population. Find out where he is hiding to help him out.

Solve the below puzzle and all will be revealed. Plus 31 minutes on the East co-ordinates

When placed the Eclipse container contained a logbook and Pencil only

Please NOTE that if you must sign the logbook for each individual cachers or proof of a photo for group logs, otherwise your log may be deleted.
