Geocache Description:


THIS CACHE NEEDS AN OWNER. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF IT. Small black jar covered in black tape. Contains log and some swag. Replace what you find and wave as you go by. Be sure and check out the gravestones at the next intersection going North. There are 5 gravestones in the small overgrown cemetery, one of which is Susan Briggs 1865. Coordinates are N 41 46.530 W 88 57.691. This link is one of the few references I can find to Briggs (http://www.archive.org/stream/historyofleecoun_01stev/historyofleecoun_01stev_djvu.txt ) and this (http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~illee/cemeteries.htm). It seems the Briggs are lost in time. If anyone knows more email me. My small cacher named this first one.
