This is the fifth cache in the Book of Lies series in the MD/DC/VA area, however it may be found independently of other caches in the series.

The story and cache series begin with GC3MRDH Book of Lies: Part 1, Scene 1, Meeting in the Park, and the below story continues from the fourth cache in the series, GC1TAV0 Book of Lies: Part 1, Scene 4, Frozen Shrimp.
