Nice path around Wellington point. Cache is on the left side of the path if you start at the boat ramp. It's about 80 feet off the trail. Look for a large rock.
A few cachers said it was to hard before because the tree canopy made the GPS intermittent. So here are some details.
At entrance of Wellington State Park go to the boat ramp to park your car. Take the trail by the boat ramp and follow the shoreline. You will cross a small beach continue with the shoreline path. You will pass signs on trees Red Oak (R), Yellow Birch (L), Snowy Owl (R), Beaver Site. Soon you will see a large rock on the shoreline continue another 120 ft. Turn left away from the shore and cache is about 80 feet in. Large rock. You may want to make a day of it go to the beach it's beautiful. Bathrooms at beach and boat ramp (seasonal). Off season we have brought the dogs without a problem there is also no park fees off season. The path is also great in the winter for snowshoeing although the cache is not winter assessable.
