Geocache Description:

.30 cal ammo can.

Located in historic Spruce Hill County Park. Park your vehicle at these coordinates; N46º01.703 W95º12.784. Then procede to walk in to the listed cache coordinates (about an 1/8 mile).
The cache is located on the site of the original settlement, and the hiking/x-country ski trails should take you there. You can still see the foundations of some of the buildings like the old school. Pack a lunch and see how many secluded picnic sites you can find on the walking trails! There are many mosquitos and bugs in the summer and be on the lookout for poison ivy in the woods off the walking paths. This is a very beautiful park to visit in the fall because of all the different colors from the wide variety of trees found there, including lots of tameracks.
Inside the cache you will find some hotel pieces from an old monopoly game for starting swag and a log book with a couple of pens. You may also help yourself to one of the collector cards (including one for the first to find) out of the stack located inside the cache. Please note that this may be a difficult cache to get to when there is a fair amount of snow on the ground.
